I'm disappointed and frustrated with Binance Futures! Recently, I made a trade on Binance where I clearly earned a profit. The platform charged me a commission of $0.44 immediately after my profitable trade, yet the remaining profit was never credited to my account balance. Initially, I overlooked a similar incident thinking it might have been my mistake, given that the amount was relatively small. However, this time, I'm certain—after deducting a commission of $0.44, the remainder of my profit simply vanished from my account.
It's unacceptable for Binance, a globally recognized crypto exchange, to fail in such basic accounting practices. If fees are instantly deducted, why isn’t the profit credited just as promptly? Binance needs to resolve this urgently, credit my missing profits to my account, and ensure transparency. Please address this issue immediately!
