On September 15, 2025, at 13:13:40, I made a transfer of 18,259.59987792 USDT through Binance Global. Unfortunately, while making the transfer, I mistakenly selected the BEP20 (BSC) network. The wallet address I sent the funds to was: 0x137f136D9*f520f72c7.
After completing the transaction, the USDT balance never arrived in the target account, and I did not receive any error messages from the platform. I am unsure whether the wallet address I used is compatible with the BEP20 network. Up until now, I have not created any additional support requests regarding this issue.
I kindly request the return of this transfer amount back to my account. I ask Binance to carefully investigate this matter and resolve my grievance. I also have the invoice and screenshots of the transaction available and can provide them if required.
