I transferred ETH from my Binance account to my Phantom wallet using the BEP20 network. The transaction was confirmed, yet the funds never showed up in my Phantom wallet. At this point, the money appears to be lost, and I have no idea how to retrieve it. I suspect the mistake may have been sending ETH over BEP20 to a Phantom wallet address that doesn’t support that network. However, from what I understood, using the same ETH address should’ve worked. Still, this kind of risk wasn’t clearly communicated during the transfer process. Binance should provide a warning or restriction in cases where a wallet is incompatible with the chosen network. I urgently need help recovering my missing funds. Please guide me on how to resolve this or at least confirm whether the assets are truly lost.
