I recently used Binance Web3 Wallet to perform a swap from BNB to SBPT, which initially worked without any issues. However, when I tried to convert SBPT back to BNB, I encountered constant errors, and the transaction won’t go through. The system simply refuses to process the reversal, even though it worked perfectly in the other direction.
What’s even more frustrating is that I attempted the swap within 30 minutes, well within the expected active time frame for both deposit and withdrawal. Despite this, the platform won’t let me execute the trade back to BNB, and I can’t find any clear explanation for this behavior.
I’m now stuck with SBPT and unable to access my original BNB funds, and the situation is extremely inconvenient. There are no helpful error descriptions or resolution paths offered in the app, and support channels are limited.
Binance, I’m requesting immediate assistance. I need a clear and effective solution so I can either convert my SBPT back to BNB or withdraw my funds entirely. I trusted your Web3 service to function reliably, and this needs to be addressed without further delay.
