I am facing a recurring issue on Binance when trying to convert my coins. Each time I attempt a swap, I receive the following error message:
“Swapping is not supported for this pair as one of the tokens has a special mechanism. You may try completing the transaction via a third-party dapp.”
Because of this, the conversion process never completes, and I am left unable to use my coins as intended. I even tried linking my account through third-party sites and repeating the swap there, but the issue persisted.
Binance does not provide any clear guidance on what users should do when this type of error occurs, and the lack of support is extremely frustrating. I request Binance to fix this coin conversion error or provide an official method to complete these transactions securely. I cannot afford to keep my assets stuck due to a system limitation that is not properly explained to customers.
