I Face Binance SMS Code Not Arriving After Device Change

After changing my phone, I’ve been unable to access my Binance account because I’m not receiving the SMS verification codes. I’ve tried multiple times over the past 8 hours, but no messages have come through, and as a result, I can’t log in to my account. I currently have a balance of approximately $2,500 in my account, and I urgently need access.

I’ve contacted Binance customer service six times during this process, but no effective solution has been provided. My registered email address is ****@gmail.com. I only changed my phone — no other account information was modified.

I request that Binance resolve this SMS verification issue immediately and restore my access to my account as soon as possible.
