I purchased coins through Binance Global’s Web3 platform, but I am unable to sell or convert them due to an ERC20 error. Every attempt to process a transaction results in the same issue. When I contacted Binance TR customer service, they directed me to seek assistance from the global platform, but no solution has been provided so far.

This situation is highly frustrating, and I feel stuck with coins that I cannot manage or trade as intended. Binance must take immediate action to resolve this issue and ensure that users can access their funds without such barriers.
