I recently switched from an iPhone to a Samsung Android phone, and I’m having major issues logging into my account. I know my username and password, but the new phone doesn’t allow me to log in with them. Instead, it only shows three login options: QR code, Google Passwords, and Samsung Pass. The problem is, I can only access my account by scanning a QR code from my old iPhone. If I log out, I have to go back and scan the QR code again using the old device. This is ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to carry around my old iPhone just to access my account. There must be a way to log in with just a username and password. Please fix this—users need a real login option that doesn’t rely on a second device!
