I’ve been unable to log in to my Binance Global account since I changed my phone. Although I updated the two-factor authentication settings, I keep receiving the error message stating that my email or phone number is already in use. It’s been three days, and I still can’t access my account.
I even tried switching my SIM card back to my old phone and provided the required photo verification, but the problem persists. This issue is causing significant inconvenience, and I need immediate assistance to regain access to my account. Binance must address this login issue promptly and provide clear instructions to resolve it. I’m counting on Binance to uphold its reputation for reliable service.
