I logged out of my main Binance account and have been unable to log back in ever since. Every time I try to access it, the system either freezes or refuses to let me in. I tried everything—correct login credentials, recovery steps—but nothing works. When I attempt to re-enter my information, it says “This account already exists,” yet it won’t actually let me access it.
Oddly enough, I was able to create and log into a brand-new Binance account without any issues. But I still can’t get back into the original account where all my assets are stored. It’s incredibly frustrating and concerning to be completely locked out of an account holding my money.
Binance, this is unacceptable. I need immediate support to recover access to my original account. You must fix this system glitch and help me regain control of my funds—urgently.
