I’ve been trying to complete identity verification on my Binance account, but the process has been a nightmare. Every time I attempt to scan the chip on my ID, the system returns a “chip could not be read” error. I’ve tried this more than 50 times using different devices and browsers—nothing works. The system simply doesn’t recognize the chip, and I’m now completely blocked from using my account.
At this point, I no longer want to deal with this platform. I just want to withdraw my funds and close my account for good. Binance, please process the withdrawal to the registered IBAN account I have on file and shut down my account immediately.
I’m asking for a simple resolution: let me access my money and walk away. If your identity system doesn’t function properly, users shouldn’t be penalized.
