Binance Global Withdrawal Stuck at ‘Verify with Passkey’ — How to Resolve


On November 4, 2025 at 3:20 p.m., I tried to make a 297 USDT withdrawal from my Binance Global account using the Android mobile app. However, during passkey verification, I receive an “Additional security setting” warning and the process will not move forward. I’ve been facing this issue for one day; I tried multiple times and on different internet networks, but I still couldn’t complete the withdrawal. There are no restrictions or alerts on my account—this problem only occurs during the withdrawal process.
When I try to reach customer support, I’m asked to perform passkey verification again, but I’m stuck at that step and can’t proceed. I have never used passkey verification before; this is my first attempt and I’m experiencing issues. I have not received any warning about missing verification or security steps on my account.
