I am facing significant difficulties with withdrawing funds from my Binance account. I have all the necessary documents, including the bank receipt and the transaction details showing the funds sent to Binance. Additionally, I have WhatsApp conversations with my financial advisor regarding the withdrawal process.

However, Binance is requesting visual documentation, and I am struggling to organize and send these files via my phone. This process has become overly complicated, and I cannot complete the withdrawal due to this issue.

I request Binance to provide an alternative solution, such as a phone number or simpler process, to send the required documents. Please address this issue urgently so I can access my funds without further delays.
