On October 8, 2025, at 8:57 PM, I converted $2,000 worth of BNB into TXN tokens through Binance Wallet. After the transaction, my account showed approximately $8,000 worth of TXN tokens. However, I am unable to sell or convert these tokens back to BNB. Every time I try, I get the same error message:
“Something wrong: 0xf4059071”
At first, I received a gas fee warning, so I transferred an additional $150 in BNB to cover the fee and tried again. This time, I encountered the same error as above, and the issue has persisted ever since.
Currently, my TXN tokens only appear in the Binance Wallet app, not in my main Binance account. I’ve been unable to reach Binance customer support, as there is no Turkish-language assistance available, and I don’t speak English. I also haven’t been able to find any information about whether this issue is covered under Binance’s security or transaction guarantee.
I urgently request that this issue be investigated, my TXN tokens restored or converted, and that my financial loss be fully compensated.
