I urgently need support from Binance regarding a serious issue I’m experiencing. I purchased a token named Pepecash (contract starting with 0x9B2b51b6c8E93C1f6Ad1CA***), but now I’m completely unable to convert it into BNB or any other cryptocurrency. Every time I attempt to make a swap, the system fails and displays the same message: “something wrong 0x1425ea42.”
This is unacceptable. I trusted Binance to provide a reliable trading platform, but I now find myself stuck with a token I can’t use or convert, with no official support or explanation for this error. It’s incredibly frustrating not being able to access or move my funds as intended.
I’m calling on Binance to investigate this issue immediately and offer a real solution. I need to know whether this is a smart contract issue, a scam token, or a problem within Binance's system. I expect a quick and clear response. Please help resolve this as soon as possible.
