I have been trying to sell my Flux tokens on Binance Wallet, but the transaction never goes through no matter how many times I attempt it. I tested both the Chrome browser version and the Binance mobile app, and in both cases I receive constant error messages. On desktop I get: “Transaction could not be created. Please review your input and try again. Sell Flow”. On my phone, it only shows: “something wrong”.
All requirements are in place — including the BNB network fee — yet the sale still fails. My Flux tokens are sitting in my spot wallet, and I attempted to sell both the full balance and smaller portions, but the system simply rejects the transaction. No fees are deducted and no balance changes occur. My Binance ID is 9275020.
I also tried reaching out to Binance customer support, but I was unable to get through. This leaves me wondering if the issue is happening because Flux is not officially listed on Binance yet, or if there is a deeper technical issue with the platform.
I am requesting a clear explanation from Binance and a working solution so that I can either sell my Flux tokens or know the exact reason why it is blocked.
