Subject: Binance – Multiple System Failures, Lack of Transparency, Data Withholding, and Inadequate Investigation Causing Financial Loss
Due to long-standing technical and structural failures on Binance, I have suffered a total loss of 20,404.99 USDT. This loss did not result from a single incident, but from 10 separate technical, structural, and transparency-related issues. I have documentation and evidence for all of them.
🔴 However, Binance’s legal department ignored almost all of the issues included in the comprehensive file I submitted and focused on only a single point, closing the review based solely on that one issue.
The main complaints documented and submitted to Binance’s legal department include:
Zero transparency regarding the fate of customer assets (suspected violation of asset segregation principles)
Refusal to share liquidation trigger data
Concealment of raw mark price data
Admission of missing audit trails
Price deviations of up to 1000% in certain assets
System crashes preventing order placement
Compensation paid to some users in identical situations while denied to me (discriminatory treatment)
Denial of platform errors, including submit-form failures
Bad-faith complaint handling and stalling with template responses
All of these points were submitted with clear and concrete evidence.
🔴 Despite this, Binance’s legal department responded to only one single claim:
That “the platform was not locked on October 10, 2025.”
This approach constitutes:
Ignoring multiple serious complaints
Deliberately narrowing the scope of the investigation
Disregarding user-provided evidence
Withholding technical data
Conducting an incomplete and biased review
As a result, Binance’s response is neither transparent nor procedurally valid, and it cannot be considered a fair or lawful determination.
I do not accept Binance’s attempt to dismiss multiple serious issues by relying on a single point. I demand full compensation for my total loss of 20,404.99 USDT without further delay.
I also want other users to be aware of these issues.
