I recently purchased ETH via Binance.TR and transferred it to my Binance.com account, which I hadn't accessed in a while. Upon logging into Binance.com, I inadvertently created a passkey. This action restricted my account access to only the computer I was using at the time. However, a new security measure, a face verification requirement via camera, has now been implemented.
My current issue is critical: the computer where I created the passkey lacks a camera, rendering me unable to complete the required face verification. Consequently, I am completely locked out of my Binance.com account. I cannot log in from that computer, nor can I access my account from any other device. My ETH assets are currently trapped in my Binance.com account; I cannot transfer them back to Binance.TR, nor can I send them to any other external wallet or account. This situation is causing significant financial anxiety and emotional distress, as my assets are inaccessible and I fear losing them.
