Binance Made My Funds Disappear While Using Web3 for XRP and CAKE Purchase
On December 2, 2024, I experienced a serious issue while using Binance. I was trying to purchase XRP and CAKE coins through Binance Web3, but somehow, I ended up losing all my funds—around 24,000 USDT. After filing a complaint with the prosecutor’s office on March 14, 2025, I received something called “sword,” which didn’t make much sense, and it was later withdrawn. Then I noticed the funds were placed into a contract and transferred to an NFT and BSC Chain exchange, making them completely inaccessible. I advise others to be very cautious, as I didn’t realize how risky this could be until I lost all my savings. Binance customer support only seems to respond when negative comments are made on social media, giving the impression that they care more about their public image than resolving issues directly.
