I recently executed a futures trade on Binance Global using the BANUSDT crypto asset. I opened a short position at 0.1515 and successfully closed it at 0.1488, expecting a profit of $17.59. However, instead of adding this amount to my account, Binance deducted $7 from my balance.
This is completely unacceptable! I double-checked my trade details, and there is no reason for this deduction. I demand an immediate correction of this mistake and the restoration of my missing funds. If Binance is imposing hidden fees or errors in trade calculations, users deserve transparency.
