On October 3, 2025, at approximately 03:10 a.m., an unauthorized login occurred on my Binance account. During this incident, 1,200 USDT was transferred from my Futures wallet to my Spot wallet and then withdrawn without my consent.
Although I have two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled, I did not receive any suspicious login alert or security notification from Binance. This indicates a serious breach in the platform’s security system.
I immediately contacted Binance customer support, but they failed to provide any concrete solution or recovery plan for my loss.
I demand that Binance investigate this incident thoroughly and compensate the full amount of my loss (1,200 USDT). I also expect Binance to review its account protection and fraud detection systems, as such incidents should never occur when proper security measures are supposedly in place.
