BigoLive 10 Year Ban Appeal
I have been using Bigo Live with two different IDs. My first Bigo Live ID is “dildildildild***i” with the username “ATM”, and my second Bigo Live ID number is “1040102***” with the username “usman”. Around 10 days ago, my Bigo Live IDs and my phone were blocked, and I saw that a 10‑year ban was applied. The reason given for this block is that I adopted a child under the age of 18 on the app. I accept that I made a mistake and I sincerely apologize. I did not know that this action was against Bigo Live’s rules and could cause such a serious penalty. Since the ban, I have not been able to use Bigo Live on my phone or with either of my IDs. Until now, I have not contacted Bigo Live support directly about this issue. With this complaint, I kindly request that you review my case, take into account that I did not know about this rule, and give me a second chance. I am asking for my device ban to be removed and for both of my Bigo Live IDs to be reopened so that I can use the application again in full compliance with your community guidelines in the future.
