I Cannot Receive Nor Send Messages in BigoLive, I need my case reviewed

I use BigoLive on my Android device and for a while now I have not been able to send or receive any messages in the app. The problem occurs all the time, every time I try to use the messaging feature, and I cannot communicate with anyone through the chat section. I have tried everything I can on my side, including common troubleshooting steps, but nothing has solved the problem. Despite these attempts, the messaging feature is still unusable on my account. I request that the messaging issue on my BigoLive account be checked and fixed as soon as possible so that I can use the application normally again.
