I Can’t Send Visible Chat Messages on Bigo Live Streams

I use the account with the username “Reis3437” on the Bigo Live application. Since 12:00 AM on February 19, none of the messages I send in livestreams have been visible in any broadcast. This issue is not limited to specific streamers; I am experiencing the same problem in every livestream I join.

I have not received any warning, penalty notification, or explanation from the system, so I do not know whether a restriction has been placed on my account or if this is a technical issue. I also have not yet contacted the in-app support team regarding this matter.

I request that the Bigo Live Türkiye team review my account, remove any messaging restriction if one exists, and provide me with a clear explanation regarding why this issue is happening.
