Delayed BUSD Withdrawal from Bibox

At 7:43 PM on June 27, 2023, I requested a withdrawal of 119 BUSD from the Bibox platform. Nevertheless, the status remains "processing" without a transaction ID or any means of tracking it on the network. I submitted a ticket and was informed that it had been forwarded to the technical team. However, I have yet to receive any additional updates.
