Beymen Sells Defective Marc Jacobs Snapshot Mink Color Bag
Beymen sells defective products! On 13.03.2023, I bought the Marc Jacobs brand Snapshot Mink color bag and wallet for 15,600 TL. A few months later, the yellow metal on the hanger and the brand mark on the bag became toxic and their colors changed, so I returned the product for examination on 14.11.2023. Since it is a product that I have used with pleasure, I stated that if it is not the same model and the same color, I would like it to be replaced with different colors. As a result of their inspection, they stated that they do not have the same product in stock and you can exchange the product, but you have to pay a difference of 7000 TL. Even though the same product is available in different colors in their stores, if you do not buy it, they said that we can refund the money on the date you purchased it. Since I did not want to pay extra money, I had my money refunded. I have a complaint against them. A company we trust is deceiving its customers by selling defective goods. Don't buy a bag from beymen by paying wasted money
