Beymen Hugo Boss Perfume Order Missing Invoice

I purchased a Hugo Boss perfume from Beymen’s online store on 12 September 2026 with the order number BEY202060912-150115 and the payment reference BEY202060912-15011503, paying a total of ₺4,967.97. Beymen did not send an invoice for this purchase, and because of this, I started to doubt the originality of the perfume. After noticing that there was no invoice, I tried to solve the problem by contacting Beymen, but despite my attempts the issue was not resolved and I still have not received a proper invoice. For a high-value product like this, I expect the invoice to be issued correctly and the originality of the product to be guaranteed without leaving any room for doubt. I request that Beymen immediately send me the invoice for this order and clearly confirm the originality of the perfume, and if there is any problem in this regard or if the invoice still cannot be issued, I would like my payment to be fully refunded.
