Beymen Has Not Delivered My MERS Full of Gold Earring After 13 Days
The MERS-branded "Full Of Gold Women's Earring" under the order number BEY-20250112-9637535, which I ordered via Beymen.com on January 12, 2025, at 21:45, has not been delivered even though 13 days have passed. Despite inquiring twice about the delivery status through the Beymen WhatsApp support line, the responses I received were unsatisfactory. Each time, I was given the automatic reply that "Your request has been forwarded to the relevant units, and we would like to state that the necessary checks will be completed and you will be contacted as soon as possible." My credit card has been charged, but the product has not been delivered. I request urgent delivery.
