Beymen Did Not Refund My Money for the Bracelet I Returned

I bought a bracelet from Beymen.com and requested delivery to the Armada store. I didn’t like it and returned it to the same store. They did not refund my money within the legal timeframe, even though I followed all the required steps for the return. Despite claiming that refunds are processed quickly, they have kept me waiting without any explanation. They act arrogantly, and despite calling multiple times, they refuse to provide clear information. Each time I speak to customer service, they either ignore my concerns or give vague answers that don’t help. Beymen's indifferent attitude has really frustrated me, and I want others to be aware of this. I used to trust Beymen for quality and service, but this experience has completely changed my opinion. I will never shop from Beymen again.

Thanks to a very, very gentlemanly store manager, my return was processed, otherwise this process would have been prolonged. If they had given me clear information, this situation would not have happened. Not everyone may be as lucky as I am in the resolution process. I am thanking not Beymen, but the store manager who helped me. I also canceled my membership.
