Betwoon Fails to Credit ₺4,483 Deposit or Issue Refund

Last night, I deposited ₺4,483 into my Betwoon account, but the money neither appeared in my account nor was refunded. Despite sharing proof of the transaction, the site still prompts me to deposit more instead of addressing the issue.

When I requested a refund, they shamelessly suggested I make another deposit instead of resolving my complaint. This behavior is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the platform’s credibility. I demand an immediate resolution and the return of my money. I will also share the transaction receipt as proof. Betwoon must take responsibility and address this issue without delay.
