Betwoon Failed to Transfer ₺5000 to My Account, Confusing Customer Support

I recently became a member of Betwoon and faced significant issues with money transfers. As a new user, I wasn’t entirely familiar with the deposit process. I transferred ₺3000 via bank transfer, followed by an additional ₺2000, but the money never appeared in my account.

When I contacted customer support, they initially acknowledged receiving the funds but later gave me a completely different explanation. This inconsistent and unhelpful response has left me in a difficult position. I expect Betwoon to resolve this issue immediately, credit my account with the funds I transferred, and provide clear and accurate support to its users. Trust is essential, and this experience has severely shaken mine.
