Betwoon Refused to Pay My ₺60,000 Grand Prize and Locked My Bonus Rights
On April 10, 2025, I hit the Grand jackpot worth ₺60,000 while playing a slot game on Betwoon. But instead of celebrating, I was met with frustration and injustice. The platform refused to credit my winnings, using vague and baseless excuses to cancel the prize.
They only refunded my initial deposit and applied a bonus ban on my account—completely ignoring the fact that I won fairly. When I contacted support, no one provided a clear explanation or solution.
