I Won ₺21.850 on Betwoon But They Deleted My Winnings and Banned My Account

I placed a bet on Betwoon and won fair and square. My total payout was supposed to be ₺21.850. But instead of receiving my rightful winnings, the platform deleted the amount from my balance and accused me of having "multiple IDs." This is completely false and unacceptable.

Yes, I opened an account, but I never deposited money into any second account or engaged in any kind of cross-betting. My activity was entirely legitimate. Still, they refused to pay out and then banned me from the site altogether — just like that.

This is theft, plain and simple. My deposit amount is on record, and my winning bet is traceable. Yet they chose to block my access instead of honoring the payout.

Betwoon needs to stop scamming honest users and immediately return my ₺21.850. If this isn't resolved, I’ll escalate the matter through every legal and consumer protection channel available.
