Betwoon Deleted My 6,000₺ Monopoly Big Baller Winnings

On August 30, 2025, around 23:45, I played Monopoly Big Baller on Betwoon after depositing 1,000₺ of my own money. During that session, I won 6,000₺. However, immediately after my win, my balance was reset to zero, and I was blocked from making a withdrawal because my account was suddenly suspended.

When I contacted live support, I was given vague and unconvincing explanations such as “your account was accessed” or “your money was withdrawn.” None of this was true, and to make matters worse, Betwoon also disabled the game history, preventing me from accessing proof of my winnings.

This is not the first time I have faced such an issue. In the past, Betwoon deleted my balance by falsely claiming it came from a bonus. But in this case, I did not use any bonus at all—I played entirely with my own deposit.

My transaction history clearly shows the amount I deposited and the exact winnings I earned. I demand that Betwoon immediately restore my 6,000₺ winnings in full and stop blocking legitimate payouts.

I expect this unfair treatment to be corrected urgently, and my rightful balance returned without further delay.
