Betwoon Deleted My Game History and Blocked My 9000₺ Withdrawal

I played a game on Betwoon yesterday and won 9000₺, but when I tried to withdraw my winnings, the request was denied. Instead of helping me, customer support was rude and dismissive, even scolding me as if I did something wrong.

To make things worse, they completely erased my game history to cover up the issue! Between 16:00 and 19:00, my maximum win records were deleted from my account. They had no right to do this!

I demand my 9000₺ winnings be paid immediately, and I want a full explanation of why my transaction was blocked. This is blatant theft, and I won’t stop until I get my money back!
