My Betwoon Withdrawal Canceled, They Stole My Money

I am absolutely furious with Betwoon! My username is u**994. This site has canceled my withdrawal request without any justification whatsoever and then demanded documents from me. To make matters worse, their live chat support constantly disconnects the conversation.

I invested ₺10,000 and managed to increase my balance to ₺21,000, but my withdrawal requests are being repeatedly canceled. After a long losing streak on my last three deposits, this was the first time I managed to secure a win, and now they're canceling that too, just trying to string me along.
