When depositing money, everything works smoothly, and they are more than happy to accept your funds. But the moment you try to withdraw even a small amount, the experience turns into a nightmare.
I’ve contacted live support multiple times, and each agent gives a different answer. I even requested a callback, hoping to get clear guidance. Instead, the person who called me told me to go back to live chat. When I asked why I was even called if they weren’t going to help, he shouted and swore at me!
