I deposited ₺10,000 into my Betwinner account, but it has been over a month, and my money is still missing. I have contacted support multiple times, but their two email addresses just redirect me to each other, providing no actual help.
Whenever I ask for a solution, I receive the same automated response: "The details have been explained in the email." Yet, nothing is being done to resolve my issue or return my money.
This is completely unacceptable. I demand an immediate resolution and the full refund of my deposit. If Betwinner refuses to process my withdrawal, I will escalate this further. I expect a response and action—without excuses.
