Betway Withheld My Winnings and Charged Unjustified Fees – Requesting Refund

Betway hasn’t transferred my winnings to my account and has charged me ₺500 for a coupon fee and ₺2350 for a commission fee. Despite this, the money wasn’t deposited, and they claimed it was transferred to my bank. Now, the bank is asking for ₺4390 as a transfer commission fee. They keep making excuses, and I demand the return of the money I’ve already deposited.
