Academia.edu Keeps Sending Unwanted Emails Every Day

I previously signed up for Academia.edu, but I have never purchased any paid products or services. Despite this, I have been receiving unsolicited emails with misleading content every day since October 23, and I no longer want to receive these emails.

I have repeatedly clicked the unsubscribe links included in the emails. I also tried contacting o*****@academia-noreply.com, but my email was rejected with a 403 error, and my unsubscribe request could not be processed due to a technical issue with the system. Despite all of these attempts, I continue to receive emails every day.

I do not accept being repeatedly sent emails despite never making a commercial purchase or having an ongoing paid relationship with Academia.edu, especially when my unsubscribe requests are being rejected because of a technical error. I request that my email address be immediately and permanently removed from all promotional and informational mailing lists, that the processing of my personal data for these purposes be stopped, and that I no longer receive any emails from Academia.edu.
