Continued Charges After Cancelling BetterMe Subscription

I tried out the BetterMe app for a few months and decided to cancel my subscription. During the time I used it, I made monthly payments for the service. Even though I've canceled my membership, they keep taking money out of my account. They deduct 98 TL from your account every month. What options do I have? I need assistance, please.
