BetterMe Subscription Problem Charged After Cancellation Request

I am writing regarding my BetterMe slimming program subscription, registered in the name of Der Kinderen Corin**, used in Belgium and charged in euros. I noticed an overcharge and an unwanted renewal on 27 March, even though I no longer wish to keep this subscription. I have been subscribed since February 2026, and I did not expect to be billed in this way. I therefore request the immediate cancellation of my BetterMe slimming program subscription, as well as a full refund of the most recent amount taken on 27 March. Yesterday, I tried to contact BetterMe via the online chat, but the entire conversation was in English, and the agent kept asking me the same things repeatedly, which made the process incomprehensible and discouraging for me. I stopped the chat because I could not complete the procedure properly. I kindly ask you to review my situation, cancel my subscription without further delay, and refund the last payment taken on 27 March, and to send me written confirmation once this has been done.
