I’m in the same situation, and this honestly feels like a scam. I cancelled my subscription just two weeks after signing up - around 2.5 months before the renewal date. Yet I was still charged for another three-month period. Now they’re asking me to prove I used the app for 7 consecutive days to get a refund! even though I had already cancelled long before the renewal! This is extremely frustrating, and honestly, it really feels like they are scamming people!!! I’m in the same situation, and this honestly feels like a scam.
