BetterMe Charged Me Twice Despite Intro Offer and No Clear Way to Cancel Subscription
I believed this was a one-time introductory offer, not an ongoing subscription. However, I was just charged twice through PayPal for something I did not knowingly sign up for. This is regarding BetterMe. I am not overweight and have no interest in the content they provide, which is available for free elsewhere. On October 10, they charged me €18.08, and now, on November 7, they automatically took an additional €46.45 from my PayPal account. I should have been able to cancel within one month, yet they withdrew the second payment before a full month had even passed. I want to cancel this subscription, which I never intended to keep and demand an immediate refund of the €46.45 back to my bank account through PayPal. Their website offers no clear way to cancel, and I have seen many similar complaints from others who have had the same issue with this company. Please help resolve this situation. Thank you.
