Betsmove Deposit Not Credited After $14 Payment

I am a Betsmove member, and my username is “hector1019.” Today, I made a deposit of $14 into my account. Even though approximately one hour has passed since the transaction and I have already provided the payment receipt, the deposited amount has still not been credited to my Betsmove account.
During this time, I contacted live support/customer service. However, for about an hour, I have only been told to wait, without receiving any clear response or resolution.
Despite sharing the receipt, the fact that the payment has not been reflected in my account and that no clear explanation has been provided is causing both a loss of time and a decline in my trust in the platform.
I request that my $14 deposit made today be urgently credited to my Betsmove account and that I receive a clear written explanation regarding the reason for the delay.
