I Deposited Money to Bets10 but My Balance Was Not Updated or Refunded
I am extremely frustrated with my recent experience on Bets10. I deposited money into my account, but despite more than a day passing, the funds have neither been credited to my balance nor refunded to my bank account. Throughout this entire period, the support team has done nothing but stall me with endless excuses.
They repeatedly asked me to send emails and provide my username, which I did multiple times. However, instead of offering a real solution or updating my balance, they keep dragging out the process without any clear timeline or real assistance.
This is completely unacceptable, especially when users trust the platform with their money. I expect Bets10 to immediately process my deposit or issue a full refund without any further delays. I am asking for a prompt resolution to this issue so I can access my funds without having to chase them constantly. Please take responsibility and fix this urgently!
My money still hasn't been refunded, it's been 5 days. Don't trust these scammers.
