Bets10 Support Says “Not Our Issue” After Papara Deposit Disappears

On October 25, 2025, I deposited $24 into my Bets10 account via Papara. Although the money was withdrawn from my Papara account, the funds never appeared in my Bets10 balance. When I contacted Bets10 customer support, they replied, “We have no connection with the amount withdrawn from your Papara account.” This is the first time I’ve experienced an issue like this, and it wasn’t tied to any promotion—just a standard deposit.

I request that the amount I deposited be credited to my Bets10 account as soon as possible. The transaction was made from İzmir.
