Bets10 Canceled My Winning Live Bet on Turkey–Portugal Basketball Match
On 30.08.2025 at around 22:39, I placed a live bet on the Turkey vs. Portugal national basketball match through Bets10. I wagered ₺3000 on the over 53.5 total points market with odds of 1.75. The game ended with 54 points, my bet was successful, and my winnings were initially credited to my account.
However, only five minutes later, my balance was reversed and the bet was canceled without any prior notice or explanation. When I contacted Bets10 customer support, I was told there had been a “technical issue” during the game. This claim makes no sense because the match was an official international game broadcast live, and there were no interruptions or errors in the gameplay.
This isn’t the first time I have experienced such an issue on Bets10. A similar incident happened to me before, where a winning bet was reversed without any proper explanation. Canceling bets after they have already been settled and paid is unfair, unprofessional, and unacceptable.
I demand that Bets10 immediately reinstate my rightful winnings and provide a clear and detailed explanation of why this repeated problem keeps happening. Customers deserve transparency and fair treatment, especially when wagers are placed and settled under clear terms.
