Bets10 Changed My Bet to a Different Match Without My Consent

I am disappointed with Bets10 due to an issue that occurred during a live bet I placed on the Costa Rica league match between Alajuelense and Herediano at 03:35. The site showed only one match available, and I followed the game live. I placed my bet on the away team to score, and when the goal came, I expected my winnings to be credited.

However, when I checked my account, it showed that the bet was placed on a completely different match that I never selected. This is unacceptable as the site only displayed one match at the time. I have provided evidence of this discrepancy. I demand Bets10 correct this mistake and credit my winnings immediately. Such actions damage trust, and I expect an urgent resolution.
