I Lost My Bets10 Winnings After They Changed the Rules and Reversed My Payout

I placed a bet on Bets10, won the bet, and saw the amount correctly credited to my account. But shortly after, the money was withdrawn without warning, and I was told the promotion terms had changed. How is that even fair? The bet was already settled and won—how can terms change retroactively?

This isn't the first time I've had problems with Bets10. I once placed a “Over 10 corners” live bet on a match I was watching. I personally counted the corners—there were 10—but they marked my bet as lost. When I questioned it, they blamed their data provider. I even submitted timestamped photos to prove the result, but they ignored the evidence and refused to fix the outcome.
